Nossack Gourmet Foods Ltd. is a 25,000 square foot facility located in Innisfail Alberta, with easy access to the Queen Elizabeth II highway (Highway # 2) in the booming corridor of Central Alberta. We have approximately 60 highly dedicated and skilled employees who take a great deal of pride and ownership in every product they produce.

The majority of our frozen and fresh products are warehoused and distributed out of Nossack Distribution Center in Red Deer Alberta with the rest being sent directly to major retailers warehouses. Our products are currently sold Canada wide.

We manufacture our fine line of fresh and raw bakery type products under a strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) Food Safety program for which we gained recognition status on July 2000.

Not only do we audit our own operations and programs annually, we also have Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Inspectors at this facility daily and “third party” audits conducted annually, which continually insures that food safety is in the forefront where it belongs.
