Nossack Local Beef program ramps up!

Introducing our new program: Nossack LOCAL BEEF!

This new program will supply Central Alberta sourced and processed beef to foodservice, retail outlets and consumers, addressing the increased demand for premium, local beef in our area. The beef in this program is AA+ / AAA graded, aged 12 days minimum and is portioned in smaller (15-20kg) boxes.

We are committed to supporting our local ranchers, our community and connecting Albertans to their food.
