As we say goodbye to our short-lived but warm Alberta Summer, we turn to autumn and the changes it brings. Thanksgiving gatherings may be smaller and look a bit different than previous years, but it's important we remember the reason for the holiday. You can be grateful we have Ham options of various sizes for you and your crew!
Our ham and bacon options are naturally Canadian hardwood smoked and fully cooked. To enjoy, simply reheat to an internal temperature of 64ºC (147ºF), slice and serve!
Wondering which size of ham you'll need? 2kg will serve 8-10 people, while the 9kg and 10.5kg hams will serve 35+. Ham leftovers are one of the best parts about cooking a Thanksgiving dinner, so be sure to include leftovers in your calculations!
